1. General Policy

At NDC Classes, we strive to provide the best educational content. However, due to the digital nature of our courses and test series, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is made and access is granted.

2. Batches & Courses

Fees once paid for online batches are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

3. Books & Study Material

If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video). We will arrange for a replacement. Refunds are only processed if the product is out of stock.

4. Test Series

Test series purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Double Payments
